The Challenge

Ceva Logistics is a large global logistics company with a workforce spread across multiple locations, many working remotely. The company wanted to host an in-person Town Hall meeting but faced the challenge of communicating key messages effectively to their entire workforce, including remote employees. The lack of a clear and consistent communication channel from the CEO was causing information gaps, which impacted employee engagement and alignment across teams. Ensuring everyone received the same message was critical to maintaining morale and clarity.

Our Approach

Our objective was to deliver a seamless hybrid event that connected the in-person audience with remote staff. We supplied and managed the stages, teams, backgrounds, and audiovisual (AV) equipment required for the live event. Additionally, we set up a live stream through Microsoft Teams to ensure remote employees could participate in real time, without any technical difficulties. Throughout the process, we worked collaboratively with Ceva’s internal teams to align our solutions with their existing infrastructure and ensure a smooth experience.

The Results

The live stream was a complete success, with no information drop-off or connectivity issues reported. The hybrid Town Hall allowed the CEO to reach every employee simultaneously, strengthening communication, boosting morale, and fostering a greater sense of unity across the organisation.
